Structured around the IACF Tier 1β8 Accreditation Framework, these sessions will explore professional practice, leadership, governance & progression, supporting analysts as they develop responsibility, independence & impact.

A senior leader within the UK Sports Institute, she has helped shape analyst development, interdisciplinary collaboration & performance support systems, earning recognition as an ASPA Distinguished Fellow.

Jamie Osman is an experienced football performance analyst & educator, having previously served as Head of Analysis at both Ipswich Town & West Ham United. As one of ASPAβs Football Course Developers, Jamie brings extensive elite-level experience to the design & delivery of analyst education, helping practitioners develop the skills, knowledge & confidence required to succeed in analysis.

Conor Wicheard brings a unique blend of Paralympic-level applied experience & academic expertise to performance analysis. Having worked within high-performance sport & higher education, he is passionate about translating research into practice. Conor helps analysts apply evidence-informed approaches that create meaningful impact in performance environments.

Sophie Guy brings a valuable early-career perspective to ASPA, drawing on her current experiences as a full-time MSc placement student with the London Mavericks Netball programme.
